A highly motivated and performance-oriented Sales Specialist is needed to enhance sales performance and extend our market reach for ceramic products and sanitary ware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, uncovering new business prospects, and ensuring outstanding customer service throughout their designated territory.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational success. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate across departments to align goals, resolve challenges, and foster cross-functional synergy. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and ethical guidelines while mitigating risks. Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional growth opportunities. Represent the organization in external engagements, including client meetings, industry events, and stakeholder communications.

Oversee the sales performance of ceramic products and sanitary ware across the designated territory while driving steady revenue growth.

Expand the customer base by identifying and pursuing new opportunities while nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships.

Develop and maintain strong connections with dealers, distributors, and wholesalers to enhance collaboration and business growth.

Explore and develop new avenues for business growth while consistently achieving or surpassing established sales targets and key performance indicators.

Perform comprehensive market research to analyze customer requirements, identify regional demand patterns, and assess competitor strategies.

Collect and evaluate competitor and market intelligence, delivering strategic recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.

Present product features and benefits while offering clear guidance on installation and maintenance procedures.

Recommend appropriate products that align with each customer’s specific requirements, including color, finish, size, and performance specifications, to ensure optimal satisfaction and suitability.

Accurately prepare quotations, proposals, and order confirmations, and proactively follow up to guarantee punctual delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.

Oversee and organize product displays, merchandising strategies, and showroom presentations to ensure robust brand visibility.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations both within showrooms and at client premises.

Monitor stock levels and collaborate with production departments to address availability, lead time projections, and pending backorders.

Address after-sales concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution for all parties involved.

Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational initiatives for both staff and clients.

Work collaboratively with manufacturing and quality control teams to address and resolve any product-related issues.

Ensure meticulous maintenance of sales records, reports, and documentation for managerial evaluation and decision-making.

Maintain adherence to all applicable industry standards, with particular emphasis on sustainability and certification requisites.

Maintain accurate customer account records and proactively follow up on outstanding payments to facilitate prompt collections.
