The position
The Business Development Lead will report directly to the Head of Business Development and play a pivotal role in advancing ISBN’s strategic growth initiatives by extending market penetration, accelerating program enrollment, and cultivating high-value partnerships across key sectors.

Assist the Head of Business Development in strategizing and executing the ISBN Short Programs.
Work closely with the Head of Business Development to strategize and implement ISBN’s key entrepreneur and sales initiatives.
Perform any additional responsibilities as determined by ISBN management, including but not limited to tasks delegated by supervisors or administrative directives.
Seeking a candidate with strong academic credentials and relevant professional experience, this role demands a solid educational background coupled with practical expertise in the field. Applicants must hold an advanced degree, such as a master’s or Ph.D., from an accredited institution, along with specialized training or certifications pertinent to the position. Professional experience should demonstrate a track record of achievement, with at least five years in a related industry or a comparable capacity. Additionally, candidates are expected to possess specialized knowledge, technical skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development to excel in this dynamic environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a comparable discipline is required.
A minimum of three years of professional experience in business development, partnership management, or commercial roles is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in training, consulting, or entrepreneurship development.
Achieved consistent success in surpassing revenue, sales, or enrollment objectives.
