Summary
A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
Certification in Cisco-related programs, including CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or IT Essentials, is strongly preferred.
Possesses a proven background in overseeing and sustaining computer lab operations, with a strong emphasis on resolving hardware-related technical challenges.
Resolves technical challenges associated with both hardware malfunctions and software discrepancies, ensuring optimal system functionality and performance.
Proficient in Cisco Academy training methodologies and standards is required.
A minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience in networking or IT training is highly desirable.
