Trans Nova County Water & Sanitation Company Limited (formerly known as Trans Nova County Water and Sewerage Company Limited) was established on 2nd July 2020 under the Companies Act, 2015. The company commenced operations on 1st July 2024, following the unbundling of Nova Water Services Company Limited. It operates as a wholly owned entity of the County Government of Trans Nova and holds a license from the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASTE) as the exclusive provider of water and sanitation services in Trans Nova County.
