We’re in search of a proactive and outcome-focused Talent Acquisition Supervisor to direct and coordinate recruitment initiatives. This position oversees the complete hiring cycle, mentors a team of recruiters, and guarantees the acquisition of top-tier talent that meets organizational objectives.

Oversee a range of critical duties central to the role, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with teams to drive efficiency and innovation while maintaining high standards of performance. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and fostering productive relationships to support decision-making processes. Monitor progress through data analysis and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership to enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, mitigating risks and upholding accountability at all levels.

Oversee and guide the Talent Acquisition team to consistently achieve established hiring targets and key performance indicators.

Design and implement strategic recruitment initiatives aimed at securing high-caliber candidates.

Oversee comprehensive recruitment initiatives, encompassing every phase from job requisition through to the offer stage.

Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of workforce requirements and strategic staffing needs.

Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, then leverage insights to enhance hiring processes continually.

Cultivate a welcoming and supportive environment for all applicants from the initial contact through to the final decision, fostering engagement and satisfaction at every stage of recruitment.

Ensure adherence to all company policies and applicable local labor regulations.

Deliver personalized coaching, facilitate skill-enhancing training sessions, and oversee performance management for recruiters to drive excellence in hiring practices.
