REQUIRMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, along with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification at Level 2 or higher.

Excellent oral and written communication abilities are essential.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of professional experience in a comparable industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in contributing to our organization’s success. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. Your duties will include analyzing data to identify trends, developing innovative solutions to complex problems, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders, manage multiple priorities effectively, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of progressive experience in a similar capacity. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail, will be critical to your success in this position.

Perform branch reconciliations and analyze daily financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage supplier communications, including follow-ups, statements, invoices, and payment-related assistance.

Compiles and verifies remittances while ensuring alignment between online sales records and payment platform data.

Oversee the administration of petty cash funds, ensuring accurate tracking, disbursement, and reconciliation of transactions to maintain financial accountability and compliance with established policies.

Provide ongoing assistance to branches regarding daily financial and operational concerns.

Ensure all reports are completed, submitted on time, and any variances are resolved promptly by following up on outstanding items and tracking their progress diligently.

Responsibilities include ensuring meticulous organization of files and precise documentation of financial transactions. Additionally, the role involves assisting with inventory counts, regulatory compliance verifications, and periodic operational audits.

Examine supporting documentation to validate the accuracy of transactions and operational expenditures.

Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of finance procedures and internal control frameworks.
