The Role
As a key leadership position, this role oversees one of the company’s most critical business drivers: driving customer acquisition, fostering long-term retention, and maximizing lifetime value for Green spoon.
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire growth ecosystem, encompassing acquisition, retention, customer experience, campaign management, customer journey mapping, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, strategic partnerships, assortment optimization, and innovative commercial strategies. This role will drive the next phase of growth by identifying and implementing scalable solutions across these key areas.
This position is designed for individuals who transcend mere campaign management, requiring a strategic thinker capable of evaluating the entire customer journey to identify prime opportunities and develop systems that harness their full potential.
You’ll spearhead a cross-functional team comprising marketing analysts, designers, and promoters while collaborating extensively with product, technology, commercial, operations, finance, and customer service departments.

Overseeing key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout all deliverables. Develop and implement scalable strategies to acquire high-quality customers through a diverse range of channels, including paid media, organic growth, partnerships, referrals, offline activations, and emerging growth opportunities.
Drive customer retention and foster repeat purchases by managing the post-purchase experience from the initial order onward. Enhance second-order conversion rates, boost 30-day engagement, increase repeat purchase frequency, and reactivate inactive customers to maximize long-term customer value.
Performance marketing entails overseeing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email, WhatsApp, app channels, and other high-potential platforms. Your role will involve identifying the most effective strategies, pinpointing underperforming areas, and reallocating resources to maximize returns.
Lifecycle marketing involves crafting and optimizing customer journeys across platforms like Breve and other tools. This includes developing welcome flows, second-order flows, reactivation flows, win-back journeys, category journeys, loyalty journeys, and customer education initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
Ensure our offering is compelling and well-positioned across diverse customer segments by clearly articulating its value through convenience, premium quality, health-conscious options, competitive pricing, attractive discounts, an extensive supermarket selection, and tailored category-specific benefits.
Growth analytics involves monitoring key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, retention, repeat purchases, second-order frequency, average order value, purchase frequency, customer lifetime value, return on ad spend, campaign payback periods, churn, and reactivation efforts. The role requires translating data insights into actionable strategies.
Develop a robust testing framework to evaluate hooks, offers, landing pages, emails, advertisements, and customer communications. Enhance the team’s ability to iterate quickly and scale successful initiatives.
Enhance product and customer experience by collaborating with tech and product teams to identify and eliminate friction points throughout the customer journey. Focus areas include optimizing checkout processes, refining search functionality, improving app interactions, enhancing landing pages, streamlining category discovery, simplifying payment flows, and boosting repeat purchase rates.
Identify strategic opportunities across products, categories, and business segments to drive growth by attracting new customers or expanding the existing customer base. Collaborate with the commercial team to transform these insights into targeted campaigns and compelling offers.
