Policy documents must be issued within the designated turnaround time to ensure compliance with established timelines and service-level agreements.
Provide the necessary documentation and details to the claims department without delay, ensuring prompt support for all claims-related processes.
Review and oversee high-value proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor the entire quotation lifecycle, from initial draft to final approval, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established pricing guidelines.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to foster long-term partnerships and minimize account turnover.
Support the credit control team by performing essential administrative tasks such as monitoring outstanding accounts, processing payment reminders, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure timely collections and compliance with company policies.
Responsible for managing the retention portfolio in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management and possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience in a leadership position is highly desirable, as is familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.

Progress in Insurance Professional Qualification involves acquiring advanced expertise and credentials in the insurance sector. Candidates must possess a relevant degree in fields such as finance, business administration, or risk management, along with professional certifications like Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Additionally, at least three years of hands-on experience in insurance operations, underwriting, claims processing, or related areas is required. Responsibilities include developing and implementing risk assessment strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing client relationships, and fostering continuous professional development within the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively are essential for success in this role.
With a minimum of three years of practical experience in the field of underwriting, candidates are expected to demonstrate a solid foundation in evaluating and assessing risk.
