Consistently achieve predetermined daily and monthly sales quotas to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.
Perform product demonstrations, execute precise shade matching, and provide brief skin consultations to clients.
Process sales transactions, ensure store cleanliness, uphold display standards, and maintain tester hygiene.
Oversee inventory levels and engage in stock counts and requisitions as needed.
Prepare and submit daily sales and closing reports punctually to ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities.
Facilitate the planning and execution of in-store events and brand activations to enhance customer engagement and promote brand visibility. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution, including logistical arrangements, promotional activities, and on-site support. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by actively engaging with attendees, addressing inquiries, and gathering feedback to evaluate event success and inform future initiatives.
