Candidates must meet the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, along with at least three years of professional experience in a related role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required, as collaboration with cross-functional teams will be frequent. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are preferred but not mandatory.

Applicants must meet the following criteria: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional communication skills are essential. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is crucial. Additionally, candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative Business, Community Development, Disaster Risk Management, Sustainable Development, or a closely related field, earned from The Co-operative University of Kenya.

Applicants must reside in one of the designated study counties.

You must have access to either a smartphone or a tablet.

Fluency in the primary language commonly spoken in the study area is required.

You must commit to being present throughout the entire duration of the training and data collection phases.

Experience as a census enumerator will be considered advantageous.
