Build strong customer relationships by actively identifying needs and delivering creative solutions tailored to their specifications.
Optimize Radio Network parameters to improve coverage, quality, signal strength, and overall user experience.
Conduct thorough root cause analysis for end-to-end issues, identifying core problems and developing practical, results-driven solutions.
Develop detailed reports on Service Level Agreement Key Performance Indicators to enhance optimization initiatives and streamline acceptance procedures.
Coordinate site acceptance for new integrations and expansions, including physical site optimization.

Seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Ericsson and Nokia Radio Access technologies are sought after. A comprehensive understanding of these industry-leading systems is essential for success in this role.
Proficient in performing comprehensive analysis using radio network statistics and Layer 3 traces.
