Our client is in search of a seasoned Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as the principal technical advisor for enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers effectively implement, utilize, and achieve significant value from the organization’s network security solutions.

The role demands a blend of advanced technical knowledge, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to independently navigate customers through intricate technical landscapes.

The position requires overseeing daily operations, managing team workflows, and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Key duties include developing strategic plans, monitoring performance metrics, and reporting progress to senior leadership. Additionally, you will be responsible for budget oversight, resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Client Engagement & Adoption: Foster widespread product utilization by championing best-practice methods, collaborating with Sales to identify retention and upsell prospects, and quantifying value delivery through engagement analytics.

Lead customers through seamless onboarding and technical deployment, guaranteeing optimal system configuration while tracking product adoption via well-defined KPIs to drive successful outcomes.

Resolve technical issues promptly while identifying potential usage risks early on, ensuring proactive measures are taken to mitigate them. Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction and support outcomes using structured metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate across teams, including R&D and product, to champion customer requirements, disseminate industry-leading methodologies, and align on collective KPIs that enhance adoption rates and deliver greater client value.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or demonstrate equivalent professional experience, coupled with proficiency in industry-standard tools and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the specified sector, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with compliance regulations, project management methodologies, and data analysis techniques will be advantageous. The ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines is required.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or a closely related discipline—or equivalent practical experience—is required.

Seeking a candidate with at least three years of full-time experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, customer success, or account management, preferably within the cybersecurity or network security sectors.

Demonstrates extensive expertise in network security principles, firewall administration, cloud security frameworks, and the development and enforcement of security policies.

Hands-on experience configuring/administering firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Juniper, Fortinet).

With a proven track record in customer-facing technical leadership positions, you have successfully driven product adoption initiatives.

Proficient in both written and verbal communication, coupled with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities, is essential.
