Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is required, and prior leadership experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Candidates must possess a Diploma credential in the designated fields.
A diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required.
