Reporting to the Relationship Manager Business, the Relationship Officer – Biashara Banking has the responsibility to manage and coordinate all the Micro businesses under him/her to ensure the bank goals and objectives are achieved.

Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback to foster professional development. Responsibilities include enrolling retailers and customers within diverse Ecosystem value chains and digital platforms, such as WE and the JAZZY APP.

Loan Processing and Compliance:

Assist clients throughout the loan application procedure by conducting business and home visits to confirm financial details and collateral.

Facilitate prompt loan approvals and timely disbursements in alignment with established SLAs to uphold operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and submit client requests for approval while overseeing security compliance and fund disbursement.

Initiate recovery processes for overdue accounts.

Duties involve developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying and targeting potential customers, and driving brand awareness to increase sales performance. Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with three to five years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Django. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are required. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, as well as troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
