Job Purpose

To optimize in-store performance for cosmetic, skincare, and haircare products, this role focuses on upholding brand standards by ensuring product visibility, availability, and presentation, thereby fostering sales growth and elevating the customer experience.

Key accountabilities include developing and executing strategic plans to drive operational excellence, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, implementing data-driven solutions to address challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Responsibilities also encompass fostering a collaborative work environment, mentoring team members to support professional growth, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations.

Organize and restock merchandise on shelves, stands, and display units in accordance with designated nanograms.

Maintain a consistently high standard of product organization, cleanliness, and visual appeal throughout all displays.

Design and install promotional displays, interactive product testers, and strategically placed point-of-sale materials to maximize customer engagement and drive sales.

Monitor inventory levels both on the sales floor and in the storage area, verifying that restocking occurs promptly to meet demand.

Monitor inventory levels for both high-velocity and low-velocity products, promptly identifying and escalating any stock shortages to ensure continuous supply chain operations.

Ensure all products meet quality standards by routinely verifying expiry dates and promptly eliminating any items that are damaged or past their expiration.

Provide customers with essential product information and guidance to foster meaningful engagement.

Provide assistance in promoting additional skincare, haircare, and cosmetic items through upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Guarantee that every display aligns with established brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.

Ensure uniformity in the arrangement of products and the delivery of promotional content.

Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and weekly reports detailing current stock levels, sales trends, and merchandising activities to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of inventory and performance metrics.

Develop and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with store managers and their teams to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.

Requirements
