Drive the development and execution of financial strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting initiatives, and ensure accurate reporting across all group entities.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.

A recognized professional qualification, such as CPA(K), ARCA, or an equivalent credential, is mandatory for this role.

Extensive background in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance is required.

Proven expertise in agency economics, including meticulous management of project margins and profitability, is essential.

Demonstrated leadership in financial and administrative operations within dynamic, high-pressure settings.
