Resolve customer inquiries and technical challenges efficiently, mitigating potential usage risks through proactive measures while maintaining structured metrics to evaluate satisfaction levels and support effectiveness.
Collaborate across functions by partnering with R&D and product teams to champion customer requirements, exchange proven methods, and help achieve unified KPIs that drive greater adoption and enhanced client value.
Seeking candidates who possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in [specific tools/software]. Extensive expertise in network security, firewall administration, cloud security principles, and security policy governance is required.
Professional experience in configuring and administering firewalls from leading vendors, including Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Juniper, and Fortinet, is essential.
With a proven track record in customer-facing technical leadership roles, you have successfully driven product adoption through strategic guidance and hands-on expertise.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with strong presentation and negotiation proficiencies, are essential for this role.
