We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee a diverse range of operational duties. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with established protocols. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication between departments, and resolving routine inquiries efficiently. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task completion are essential for success in this capacity.

To set up and manage cook stove production facilities, implement rigorous testing and quality control measures, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and enhance the supply chain for stoves and alternative fuels, including last-mile delivery.

Drive the widespread adoption of clean cooking solutions by implementing behavior change initiatives, conducting community engagement activities, and executing pilot demonstrations of various fuels and appliances to evaluate performance, efficiency, affordability, and user acceptability.

Provide specialized technical training to artisans, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and refugee-led businesses, covering key areas such as design principles, production techniques, safety protocols, efficiency testing methodologies, and clean energy solutions—including alternative fuels and energy-efficient cooking technologies.

Deliver tailored business coaching and capacity-building initiatives to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within refugee and host communities, perform comprehensive market and consumer evaluations, pinpoint viable productive energy applications, and facilitate seamless integration of these opportunities into existing enterprise models and financing frameworks.

Provide technical expertise to implement Results-Based Reimbursement (RBR) mechanisms, ensuring alignment with enterprise compliance standards while developing robust systems for capturing, validating, and reporting performance data in collaboration with the MEAL team.

Develop and execute monitoring, evaluation, assessment, and learning (MEAL) frameworks while administering socio-economic, gender, and affordability surveys. Additionally, facilitate comprehensive reporting processes for GIG and donor partners to ensure transparency and accountability.

Develop and implement digital data collection and monitoring solutions while spearheading digital innovation initiatives, such as mobile payment systems, smart metering, and remote monitoring technologies. Additionally, enhance partner capabilities in data utilization and reporting frameworks.

Deliver technical assistance in environmental, gender, and social safeguards for all interventions while ensuring adherence to relevant standards and requirements.

Document lessons learned, innovations, and best practices to compile analytical knowledge products, while also organizing and leading learning events, trainings, and workshops aimed at enhancing program learning, replication, and scale-up.

Seeking a highly motivated professional to fill this critical role, the ideal candidate must fulfill several key qualifications. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable position, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is required, as is the capacity to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory, and advanced certifications or specialized training are highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.

A master’s degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering or Mechanical/Environmental Engineering is required for this role.

A minimum of five years of specialized experience in solar energy for productive applications and mini-grid systems is required, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Renewable Energy or an equivalent field. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of Integrated Control Systems (ICS), solar power for Power Usage Effectiveness (DUE), alternative fuels, High-Temperature Conversion (HTC), and digital energy solutions.

A professional holding a university bachelor’s degree or advanced professional qualifications in environmental and social safeguards, gender, and social inclusion, with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in environmentally friendly cooking technologies.

Results-based Reimbursement/Financing Mechanisms specialist with advanced professional training and over five years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing results-based financing (RBF/RBR) mechanisms, encompassing enterprise compliance and reporting systems.

A Bachelor’s degree in Community Development or a closely related field, coupled with at least three years of hands-on experience in community liaison roles, is essential for this position.
