    PPB Dashboard Development Consultancy – Kenya

    This will entail gathering information from PPB staff and external users/clients on their specific needs and requirements for the envisaged regulatory information dashboard. The results of this assignment will inform the design, development, deployment and use of the proposed regulatory information dashboard for the PPB.

    Key Responsibilities/Tasks
    The consultant will:

    Interview a cross section of PPB staff and external clients to collect the end-users’ specific needs for a regulatory information dashboard.
    Collate the suggestions from the sampled end-users and work with PPB IT manager, PQM+ team and other experts/partners supporting PPB to develop a use case and user requirements specifications document that considers functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
    Review information dashboards from comparable regulators and recommend relevant attributes for incorporating into the PPB dashboard.
    Create, implement, and manage a stakeholder engagement matrix; and participate in joint meetings with PPB, PQM+, and other stakeholders involved in the development of the PPB regulatory information dashboard.

    Assignment Deliverables

    Brief inception report demonstrating understanding of the assignment
    Users’ specific needs report on the regulatory information dashboard
    End-user requirement specifications for the regulatory information dashboard

    Basic Qualifications and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems/management or related field. An advanced qualification in a closely related field will be an advantage.
    Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information systems analysis and design (or end-to-end software development), in Kenya
    Experience in designing and developing interactive informational dashboards that are linked to databases will be added advantage.

    Other Competencies

    Experience with Identification of Medicinal Product’s (IDMP) five ISO standards is desirable.
    Experience in pharma regulation is desirable.

    The Financing Alliance for Health is seeking a highly skilled-multi functional, proactive, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial Director Partnerships, Resource Mobilization and Advocacy with a passion for global health financing and affinity for partnerships, resource mobilization and willing to excel in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
    The incumbent will develop approaches, pathways, and changes towards integrated, and long-term financing for community health systems whilst strengthening and aligning government engagement-focused collaboration within FAH. In addition, s/he will provide leadership and engage with internal and external stakeholders around the promotion of advocacy and government influence. S/he will identify and build funding relationships with public (bilateral and multilateral) donors in Africa (in-country and regional missions) and lead the grants management process at the FAH.
    The Director Partnerships, Resource Mobilization, and Advocacy will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to secure resources, build strategic partnerships, and advocate for the organization’s mission.     CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
    Professional Experience

    Post graduate level education with a minimum of ten (10) years non-profit/government executive management experience, preferably in the healthcare or community development sectors with strong content knowledge of global health, primary healthcare, and community health.
    Significant and demonstrable relationships and inroads with major bi-laterals and multilaterals to assist in developing approaches and driving pathways and change towards integrated, and long-term financing for community health systems and governments.
    Considerable experience navigating large governments (both bilateral and multilateral) and global health institutions (the likes of USAID, UNICEF, WORLD BANK, EUROPEAN UNION, BMGF and WHO), large private foundations, philanthropic funders, and individual donors as well as the private sector.
    Public sector experience is critical with an excellent understanding of government processes, structures and systems, domestic and international advocacy with a well-developed ability to broker the correct institutional partnerships.
    Demonstrated experience in developing and executing fundraising and advocacy tactics.
    Demonstrated ability to design and execute large, multi-stakeholder projects.
    Ability to take previously established community health financing solutions and refine them, to make the case for these financing solutions and communicate them articulately to internal and external stakeholders.

    Candidates must be able to respond to the needs of customers and provide products/services information to customers via Inbound & Outbound calls, Emails, and Live Chat in a friendly & timely manner.
    Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    Manage a high volume of Inbound/Outbound Phone, Email & Chat contacts from customers who are calling with questions or need assistance with their issues
    Full understanding of how to deliver a positive customer journey whilst maintaining strict call-handling KPIs
    Proactively maintaining knowledge, checking, self-educating, and implementing client updates, processes, guidelines, and policies.
    Liaison with other departments to resolve customer issues
    Communicate effectively and with a positive tone with peers and your manager
    Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
    Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers, clients, and other stakeholders through open and interactive communication
    Achieve the client and Influx’s KPIs (Call Handling, Email, Chat, CSAT & QA quotas)
    Strong knowledge in understanding of the importance of maintaining ownership in handling customer complaints, until you feel it is appropriate to escalate.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum 1-year proven experience as a call center representative in a BPO
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, English Language must be clear, with no native accent
    Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as the ability to handle difficult customer calls
    We operate 24/7 and work on a rotating roster – you must be OK to work weekends on any allocated shift
    Empathetic and display the necessary soft skills required for customer support
    Ability to take ownership of the situations
    Happy to be empowered to work with little supervision
    Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    Ability to multitask and not get frustrated
    Track record of achieving KPIs and delivering strong CSAT scores
