    Skills & Qualifications:

    Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, Information Security, IT Audit, or IT Governance, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a highly digitized organization.
    At least 3 years of experience conducting IT compliance assessments or IT governance and assurance/compliance assessments.
    Relevant certifications in Information Security, such as Information Systems Auditing, Information Security Management, or Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, will be an added advantage.
    Strong knowledge of information security best practices and compliance standards.
    Proficient in audit management and reporting, with demonstrated experience in managing audits effectively.
    Prior experience in a Financial services organization is a significant advantage.

    Prepare and present sustainability and CSR reports to senior management and external stakeholders
    Design and implement community development projects that align with Tatu City’s CSR objectives for conservation, community, health and education.
    Promote a culture of sustainability within the organization through training programs that raise among internal and external stakeholders.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Hard skills and experience:

    BSc in Environmental Sustainability, Social Sciences or a related field from a recognized university.
    Master of Science in Environmental Governance is an added advantage
    At least 10 years’ experience
    Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), sustainability and CSR best practices will be an advantage.
    You have strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people. These include representatives of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders as well as program beneficiaries.
    Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results.

    Tatu City seeks a dynamic and experienced Sustainability Manager to develop and lead our sustainability initiatives and Tatu City CSR pillars: Conservation, Community, Health and Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that promote environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and sustainable business practices across the organization.
