     Physical stock Taking as directed by the customer or supervisor

    Qualifications:

    Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
    Minimum 1 yr experience

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    Overall Purpose:

    The job holder will be responsible for maintaining a professional, positive manner when talking with customers in-person, over the phone or by email. They may also need to handle customer complaints and provide discounts, free products or additional services to preserve customer loyalty.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Process customer’s invoices, delivery notes, and other related documentation paying attention to detail.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Minimum certificate/diploma/degree in supply chain, logistics, or Business administration or a related field from a reputable institution.
    Proven experience of at least 1 year in a similar role.
    Proficient in using computer applications, ie, Word, Excel etc.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Must be flexible.

    Key responsibilities

    Inspection and Testing:

    Conduct inspections of electrical systems, installations, and components at various project stages to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
    Perform testing of electrical systems, including grounding, insulation resistance, continuity, and functional tests.
    Verify the proper installation of cables, conduits, switches, and other electrical devices.

    Documentation:

    Review electrical drawings, specifications, and material submittals for compliance with project requirements.
    Maintain detailed inspection records, test reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
    Ensure all inspection documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

    Compliance and Standards:
