    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Collecting and distributing of all letters from the company to addresses.
    Collecting, arranging and making payments for company bills to appropriate addresses.
    Perform clerical tasks as may be requested by any administrative assistant,
    Assist in arranging, Filling and keeping of records for administrative offices.
    Planning and arranging of archived records in the archive offices.
    Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor related to your work.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Valid Driver’s license ( Verified Rider)
    Experience Riding and working for corporate company
    Good geographical knowledge of Nairobi and its environs
    Good integrity and clients handling skills
    Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to manage multiple tasks within given time frame
    Good planning and decision-making abilities
    Must be able to perform any other duty that may be assigned.

    Responsibilities

    Performing tests and accurate interpretation of results.
    Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
    Reporting all abnormal tests/critical values for verification.
    Accurate recording and storing of laboratory reports and registers.
    Follow proper infection control guidelines to minimize hazards caused by infectious specimens.
    Perform calibration and quality control procedures before performing tests.
    Participate in continuous medical education and other related trainings to keep abreast with new technology in market.

     Qualifications

    Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology – Higher diploma will be an added advantage.
    Must be registered with Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB)
    Minimum of 2 years’ experience

     Main Purpose of the Job

    This is a mid – level management position requiring a self -driven, hands on individual with the knowledge to use medical imaging technologies to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients’ health problems

    The successful candidate shall be responsible for the following specific roles:

    Plain film reporting, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasonography, interventional radiology and CT scan, MRI
    Perform diagnostic, interventional image-guided procedures or therapeutic radiologic services
    Examine and interpret medical images such as X-rays, CT scans, ultrasounds and MRIs and use them to make a diagnosis
    Work alongside radiologic assistants and other health professionals in administering treatment
    Ensure proper handling of emergency cases when on duty
    Ensures that high standards of diagnostic accuracy and patient care are maintained
    In liaison with the HOD and other radiologists , ensures that legal obligations for radiation protection are observed
    Participates in clinical audit and review programs for the department
    Ensures consistency with the procedure protocols, patient conditions, physical abilities and age requirements
    Screens all patients using best practice in radiation protection to protect patients, fellow staff members and self
    Attendance and on request, facilitation of multi-disciplinary meeting.
    Telephone and other Ad hoc consultations

    Qualifications

    Master of Medicine (Mmed) in Radiology
    Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the field referable in large a hospital

    Skills and Competencies

    Excellent computer skills;
    Good communication and report writing skills; ability
