    Job Summary
    As the incumbent you will be required to ensure appropriate staffing levels as per our contract requirements and deal with any sudden staffing shortages in the shortest time possible. You will also be expected to deploy personnel according to their skill level and requirements of each individual contract. In addition you will supervise all field personnel including rider supervisors and site project officers.
    Requirements

    At least 5 experience in the Security Industry
    Must be a motorcycle rider with 5 years experience
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
    Committed and reliable
    O-level education
    Result oriented, self-motivated and energetic.
    Ability to work under pressure.
    Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of security operations and well networked in security industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    To oversee the day to day security operations of deployment, supervision and allocation of duties as required at the client sites.
    Responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day team effort of Supervisors, Senior Security Officers, Security Coordination Officers and other assigned personnel to ensure that services are delivered in a quality and cost effective manner.
    To perform spot checks at all assignments
    Oversee compliance of Guards with established company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
    Responsible for ensuring all employees portray a corporate brand image through inspections of guarding uniforms, company vehicles and motor bikes and equipment.
    Ensure all assignments have Standard Operating Procedures and post orders posted where they can be seen by the guards
    Ensure client’s requirements, requests, complaints and suggestions are reported according to procedures and addressed in a timely manner.
    Arrange and maintain guards Off-duty and leave rosters to ensure leave commitments and the reliever line will be fulfilled.
    Effectively liaise with state security agencies where necessary
    Participate in meetings to determine security operational needs.
    Conduct weekly parades for existing staff and train security officers regarding all the security protocols at their assignments.
    Ensure that Operations Manager is kept fully briefed on issues arising (in writing)
    Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned

    Job Summary
    Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers.  You will contact clients and inform them of their debts, negotiate payment plans and ensure payments are made as soon as possible.     Ensure that high risk marginal accounts especially those likely to get into financial difficulties are identified and appropriate corrective action take to minimize financial risk
    Provision of realistic targets consistent with acceptable Collection ratios and estimates of revenue set in the Annual budget.

    To vet through invoices raised and ensure their completeness in terms of attachments
    To ensure that invoices are dispatched by company driver, self, or by a contracted agent.
    To follow up payment from individuals, corporate customers
    To hold meetings with clients in the follow up of payments and for maintaining good working relationship.
    Debtor’s reconciliation.
    To maintain working papers and a filing system for all debts being followed.
    To prepare daily, weekly and monthly credit control reports.
    To make proposals where necessary for keeping debtors’ figure as low as possible.

    Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years of classroom instructor experience
    Experience in conducting foot drills and other physical exercises
    Ability to coach and motivate others
    Proficiency in computer skills including word processing and basic excel spread sheets
    Leadership skills and motivational skills to ensure that the individuals receiving training will be engaged and committed to the training process.
    Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills so that essential information is clearly presented in a way that trainees will understand
    Analytical skills to be able to clearly assess the performance of the students or security guards they train.
    An ability to work as part of team and also have the ability to lead teams.
    Must have the highest level of integrity, vigilant and of sound judgement.

    A background in the disciplined forces or the NYS would be desirable

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage training program; plan, develop, prepare, and deliver Private Security Officer Basic Training, designed with the overall intention of equipping trainees with the basic skills to work in the private security industry.
    Keep up to date with developments in training methodology and security issues in the private security industry
    Contribute to the design, planning and reviewing of the Private Security Officer Basic Training course
    Work with the Training Manager and Operations Manager to ensure consistency in delivery and training practice.
    Ensure the efficient administration and smooth running of the Training course
    Provide regular reports to management regarding training initiatives
    Develop and implement method of measuring the effectiveness of training programs;
    Conduct and facilitate training sessions, presenting information clearly and concisely to various audiences
    Developing a lessons learned system and establishment of best practices from successfully delivered learning activities including gathering feedback and course evaluations, monitoring trends and changes, and providing feedback to Management on training and learning programs’ effectiveness.
    Ensure physical fitness of trainees and undertake drill training to instill the required disciplined practices

    Reporting to the Administration Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting security checks against potential employees. The role involves developing and managing any vetting procedures undertaking assessments and deciding on risks associated with any application for employment. You will also be required to assist in investigations.
    Requirements

    Experience of working with confidential and / or sensitive information.
    A minimum of 3 years experience working in the security industry.

    Strong analytical skills along with good interviewing and interrogation skills

    Degree or diploma in criminology or relevant field

    Key Responsibilities

    To act as the company’s first point of reference for all vetting issues.
    Carry out the full range of checks specified in the company’s vetting policy, to ensure that all relevant information is obtained.
    Identify potential vulnerabilities and any matters relating to an applicant’s suitability for employment
    Conduct interviews with candidates, where necessary to clarify information, to ensure that vetting decisions are based on an appropriate understanding of that information.
    Prepare vetting reports to the highest standard, to recommend employment, escalate more contentious cases, or to set out the reasons for refusal together with the relevant evidence in line with company policy.
    Maintain full records of vetting activities and decisions made, to ensure that decisions are transparent and open to audit and review.
    Assist in the investigation process by visiting incident scenes by performing scene recognition, scene documentation and evidence collection
    Thoroughly document scenes and take photographs and record statements.
    Conduct interviews to obtain information useful in resolving the cases
    Examine and evaluate evidence for conflicting interpretations and resolve issues
    Prepare detailed investigative reports.
