    Role Purpose:
    Save the Children International (SCI) is looking for a reporting analyst to work across 2 of our key global initiatives for 2023. The role holder will collaborate with key stakeholder groups within the Save the Children Member Offices and Global Fundraising Hub to support our Global Shared Services for CRM and Supporter Engagement Analytics Projects. This person will work closely with our members around the world and fundraising hub to help define aspects of a standardised fundraising data model and agree core data definitions that will drive our new Global CRM Product design and development in 2023 and beyond. The role will also support developing data models and analytical dashboards for supporter engagement capabilities potentially including outreach personalization and other next-generation capabilities.
    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
    Essential 

    Previous experience as a Reporting or Data Analyst (or other relevant experience)
    Designing reports and dashboards in Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools
    CRM experience with Salesforce being an advantage
    Have worked on global, multi-location projects where standardisation of local versus global requirements has been a focus
    Advanced Microsoft Excel/Word & PowerPoint including the use of Macros, Pivot Tables and producing visualisations
    Ability to capture and document requirements and then translate into deliverables
    Have worked on projects that use data warehousing or cloud based computing (Azure or similar)
    Passion for data and highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills

    Support in crisis management team
    Responsible in decreasing the security threat level with the approval of SMT and Middle Managers
