    TERRITORY SALES LEADER ROLE

    The Territory Sales Leader will work closely with the Regional Manager to execute marketing plans and to see subscriber base growth, ensure staffing and reseller numbers are met in order to achieve and surpass set acquisition targets.

    TERRITORY SALES LEADER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provide full support to the Regional Manager, Dealers, and Agents within the allocated Zone.
    Recruitment and management of Direct Sales Agents and Sub Agents.
    Ensure that set targets are achieved and surpassed in the allocated Business Zone.
    Maintaining an active pipeline of Customers and Agents within the Zone to ensure sites optimization.
    Oversee zonal development of implementation on short-term and long-term plans within the allocated business environment.
    Supervise implementation of various channels within an allocated Zone.
    Prepare and present sales reports and plans as and when requested.
    Integrity and good work ethic.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TERRITORY SALES LEADER JOB

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
    Previous experience in Zonal Management.
    Experience in selling FMCG products. (Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage)
    3 Years of Team Leadership in a commercial function.
    Route to Market, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
    Proven strategic and analytical skills with outstanding interpersonal skills, communication and influencing abilities.
    Customer Relationship Management.

    Grow the number of retail and corporate clients and maintain a high level of client relationship.
    Recruit, train and manage independent financial agents.
    Work closely with the marketing team to manage marketing activities and generate increased production from the targeted sector.

    Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

    Qualified candidates are expected to possess the following

    An undergraduate degree.
    3 years’ experience in retail, corporate or B2B sales preferably in the fund management industry.
    Certification in sales and marketing courses would be an added advantage.
    Evidence of sale-related training
    Analytical skills and high degree of maturity and self-drive.
    Capacity in sales management and in building business relationships.
    Adequate presentation and communication skills.

    Job Purpose

    Key Responsibilities

    Qualifications- Academic and Professional

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
