    Job Description

    Lead and execute cross-border sales strategies for Pawa IT Solutions’ cloud and AI portfolio across African markets, based in Kenya.
    Design and implement multi-country sales programs across Africa.
    Develop targeted sales strategies based on:

    Product lines (Google Workspace, GCP,AI, MDM)
    Geographic territories across African markets
    Industry verticals
    Company size segments (SMB, Mid-market,Enterprise)

    Create and manage upsell/cross-sell programs 
    Build sales enablement frameworks for different market segments
    Establish territory-specific quotas and growth targets 
    Monitor regional sales performance and pipeline metrics
    Coordinate with local teams and partners across African markets
    Ensure that Sales initiatives for net new leads and existing customers are aligned with the organisation’s overall Commercial Strategy.
    5+ years of enterprise sales management in technology/cloud solutions.
    Demonstrated experience in cross-border African market sales
    Track record of managing multi-country sales programs.
    Experience with Enterprise Cloud or IT ecosystem and solutions
    Strong understanding of African business landscape.
    Excellent communication and people skills.
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
