    Position and Employment Classification
    You are considered an exempt employee and not subject to minimum wage or overtime regulations. You are expected to be in the field at least 50% of your working time, but 75% is ideal as the Company has found that significant time in the field relates to success in sales.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    Employee is expected to make every effort to optimize his/her sales performance and engage in activity on a daily basis that will facilitate this goal. Required duties are as follows: 

    Scheduling appointments and meeting existing customers in order to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers.
    Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically on daily basis.
    Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Company products and services while onsite.

    Activity Reporting Requirements
    Employee shall complete a Sales Activity Report each week by the end of the day on Friday and deliver it to the Sales Manager via email or in person. Sales Reports must be turned in no later than the fifth of the month for the previous month. Additionally, Employee will provide a monthly Travel and Expense Activity Report no later than the fifth of the month for the previous month. 
    Expected Sales Results
    Minimum and Acceptable Sales Targets are intended to describe what is the minimal expectation of the Company and should not be misconstrued as the ultimate goal of the Employee.     About this role
    Lendable is looking for an individual to join their team to help shape their solar investment strategy. The role will focus on the development and growth of a pipeline of Pay-as-you-go solar companies within their portfolio. This role requires someone who has a deep understanding and experience in the pay-as-you-go solar energy sector.
    Key Responsibilities

    Develop a strategy for Lendable to finance PAYG solar companies and determine appropriate pricing strategy for financial products
    Make suggestions on product changes or adaptations to fit Lendable’s model with PAYG solar companies
    Generate PAYG solar leads by identifying and initiating relationships with potential clients
    Manage PAYG solar client relationships and timelines from first meeting to deal close as well as maintain trust and rapport with existing client relationships
    Work closely with credit team in managing clients during the due diligence process as well as the risk team in managing live clients during distress scenarios
