    Job Description:
    The Core Execution and Tree Kit Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and execution of the annual Tree Kit project and provides process and execution support during core Input Deliveries.
    By liaising with the relevant Unit Leads, the Coordinator will budget, plan and develop the relevant processes and policies that will guide tree kit creation. They will devise and present strategy which will enable tree kits production run effectively and sustainably.
    During the year on year core Input Deliveries, the Coordinator will support the execution functions of Input Delivery such as Truck Scheduling, Transfers Planning, Discrepancy Investigations, etc.
    Your Responsibilities

    Develop and execute a repeatable annual operational plan for Tree Kit production. Designing a tree kit production budget, resource planning with the management, creates a schedule of activities and identification of staffing need and works closely with HR to meet the staffing needs.
    Act as the key liaison for all stakeholder departments supporting the Tree Kit project. Coordinates all relevant stakeholders, providing timely and comprehensive updates and acts as a point of contact for all relevant teams to troubleshoot tree kit production challenges.
    Ensure production performance, volume and quality goals for the Tree Kit project are met, coordinates with all relevant teams to ensure material needs are met as per operational plan, proactively resolve production challenges and conduct regular reviews and suggest production improvements.
    Provides process and data execution support for Input Deliveries year on year. Through collaboration with the data unit ensures correct input data and bale sizes are captured in the roster and relates exactly to sap unit sizes.
    Plan for, develop and document new policies/processes in support of scalability. Works with management to design, build and implement better policies, more and efficient processes for their project
    Provides professional development opportunities and coaching to their direct reports. Working closely with team members managers, Invest heavily in understanding each of their team member’s strengths and key development areas and plans appropriate skills- trainings or coaching sessions .
    Supports management in any staff training or hiring processes for their unit. Identifies gaps or needs within the unit and drafts hiring propositions and job description documents for review by management and engages in the appropriate stages of the hiring process for any staff in their unit
    Supports the implementation / growth of mechanisms which improve team culture by overseeing the implementation of new mechanisms which management have designed and providing regular feedback to management on the success/failure of these mechanisms within their unit.

    The Role:

    Provide technical and thought leadership on Forest Landscape Restoration (FLR) in the WWF network, as part of a core working group with technical expertise, and including a focus on FLR related policy, financing and implementation;
    Engage and lead the community in the co-creation and implementation of exciting and impact oriented ‘initiatives’ that can be driven forward from within the ACAI (Area of Collective Action and Innovation) community;
    Maintain strategic engagement and collaboration with a number of key external partners and FLR related platforms, including some representation at key meetings and International fora.

    Main responsibilities:

    Convene and manage interactions of the FLR ACAI community, including interactive online calls, managing a Workplace hub, and facilitating cross-community exchange and relationship building;
    Organize quarterly virtual or face to face meetings (ideally linked to other related meetings) of the FLR core working group;
    Promote engagement with relevant partners and platforms, and coordinate WWF representation at key meetings/workshops and International fora;
    Represent WWF at some of these meetings and fora on behalf of the Forest Practice;
    Maintain channels of communication on the ACAI’s progress with internal and external stakeholders;
    Facilitate integration with the ACAI on Sustainable Landscapes, and other relevant ACAIs;

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

    Advanced University degree in Forestry, International Relations/Development, Environmental /Conservation Science, or other related field;
    Excellent written and oral skills in English, and any other languages an asset; At least five years’ relevant professional experience in forest conservation, environment or development work, ideally with some knowledge/understanding of FLR and/or integrated landscape scale work;
    Proven experience in convening and coordinating virtual communities of practice in an international environment (particularly an NGO) would be a strong advantage.

    JOB SUMMARY:
    The Deputy Chief of Party/Senior Technical Advisor is responsible for providing technical and management leadership for technical assistance teams, sets timelines and goals for team implementation and monitors quality of processes and deliverables, mentors technical teams to produce quality work and build capacity over time and liaises with partners, the Ministry of Health and Council of Governors for matters related to technical program aspects. The position, while leading the support to the National Tuberculosis, Leprosy and Lung Disease (NTLD) program, entails taking the leading representative role in the effective coordination among related USAID/KEA funded mechanisms, key national TB stakeholders and implementing partners. To be effective, a high degree of collaboration is necessary with senior-level Kenya National and County government health sector institutions, agencies and officials.
    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    The Deputy Chief of Party, as the principal assistant to the Chief of Party, will be responsible for the day-to-day technical and program management leadership of the Kenya Tuberculosis Support Program. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Reviewing the M&E System

    Conduct and coordinate reviews of:

    an institutional M&E plan incorporating objectives, procedures and tools and
    a Logical Framework matrix providing performance and impact indicators and corresponding means of verification

    In collaboration with stakeholders, develop an overall framework for annual reviews, participatory impact assessments, process and operations monitoring, and lessons-learned

    ABOUT THE JOB
    The CS facilitator will play key roles in implementing the Community Safety project in Kalobeyei. Community safety Facilitator will work directly with Refugee community in Kalobeyei Settlement and host community living around Kalobeyei and local authorities to strengthen their capacity to improve safety at the community level.     Provide inputs and participate in the development of community Safety Concept;
    Ensure that all tasks allocated by the DRC Kakuma Area Manager and DDG project Coordinator or their delegates are executed promptly, efficiently and in accordance with DDG operational guidelines;
    Take good care of all assigned equipment including communication equipment;
    Ensure that there are receipts for all expenses and compile all receipts according to DRC/DDG financial guidelines by the end of each week financial reporting period and submit to the Kakuma DRC Finance officer.
    Fully adhere to DRC/DDG procedures for security, financial management, logistics, human resources and administration;

    ABOUT YOU

    A university degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience, preferably in peace studies, political science or related field;
    Exceptional understanding of local dynamics that lead to armed violence (ideally in arid and semi-arid parts of Kenya);
    Open-minded and committed to finding non-violent ways to mitigate conflict and promote inter-communal peace and collaboration;
    Cultural and gender sensitivity;

    Job Description
    The Caseworker is responsible for meeting with all the clients visiting the center, assessing their needs, and providing them with direct services, advice, or linkages protection services if need be. The Caseworker acts as a professional and educational/business counselor and social worker, to make sure the needs of clients are met.
    Key Responsibilities.

    Meet with all clients referred to Livelihoods Resource Center for needs assessment.
    With support from other BILLY staff members, register the clients through Comm Care application.
    Provide clients with direct services, advice or linkages/referral to protection services Identify needs of women and children and refer clients to agencies within IRC network that provide specific protection and gender – based response services
    With the support of Livelihoods Officers, direct and mentor clients to livelihoods services
    Work closely with Business and apprenticeship officer to roll out Learn to earn curriculum to Business clients.
    With support from Livelihoods Senior Officer and Business Training and Apprenticeship Officer carry out job counselling.
    Ensure all documentations on reported clients and referrals made are updated, accurate, organized and well maintained.
    With support from Client Responsive Senior Officer, support in organizing and attending client feedback fora and document.
    Participate in community outreaches/awareness creation as organized by the protection team.
    Act as a professional and educational counselors and social workers to make sure the needs of clients are attended to
    Undertake any other duties as directed by the supervisor.

    Monitoring and Reporting

    Plans and conduct follow up visit to clients ensuring they are accessing quality services at Vocational training Institutions, Apprenticeship partners and business premises.
    Make follow up to client with protection issues referred to other partners for services.
    Prepare and submit reports as required and incorporate client’s feedback in a timely manner, including information related to services received.
    Work hand in hand with other BILLY staff especially Livelihoods Senior Officer and Livelihoods Assistant in ensuring daily attendance time-sheets are filled and collected on time. Work with data officer in updating the database in the Comm Care on clients registered and accessing services.

    Key Result Areas:

    Ensure timely client needs assessment and services are provided as per BILLY project requirements.
    Facilitate timely linkage/referrals to protection services as needed.
    Offer Business counseling services
    Provide career guidance and labor market information to clients.

    Qualifications
    Degree in Social Work/Social Sciences/Counseling/psychology/ community Development or other related field preferred.
    Required Experience & Competencies:

    Counseling and experience/ working with reputable organization or local organizations/groups, in provision of counseling and psychosocial, Livelihoods/ economic and social empowerment support to clients both urban Refugees and Vulnerable Kenyans Youth especially women and girls.
    Excellent listening and observation skills, including ability to create trust, support, respect and interact with clients of all background and diversity.
    2-3 years’ experience working with Youth especially Refugees in direct service provision in the areas of Livelihoods and/ Protection.
    Good facilitation skills
    Clear understanding, including demonstrated positive attitudes on Refugees Rights
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients at all times is essential.
    Ability to lead, train, supervises, facilitates and motivates other BILLY staff and local partners in their respective tasks in a professional, respectful and supportive manner.
    Positive and professional attitude, able to organize, maintain composure and prioritize work under pressure, work for longer hours when necessary and be able to coordinate multiple tasks with adherence to detail.
