    Role Description:

    The marketing officer will help us in marketing Celestial Dental Centre’s product portfolio.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Identify and map the target customers.
    To Increase Referral business by maintaining healthy relationships with Doctors/Chemists/Opticians/Corp. etc.
    Plan and organize initiatives like camps, seminars, and conferences to increase product promotion, participation, and referrals.
    Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general dental care updates.
    Organize outreach programs with prospective patient communities.
    Assist in designing, and printing brochures and marketing materials.
    Issue ongoing reports on all activities to the management.

    Job Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree/diaploma in Marketing or equivalent from a recognized institution.
    At least one year experience in a marketing role preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
    Good communication skills (Verbal and Written), Computer proficiency, and knowing how to use social digital platforms like WhatsApp, and Facebook for brand promotion.
    Go getter attitude.
    Ability to develop and maintain good public relations.

    Public Affairs Manager

    The position
    Together with your colleagues at MAPA your role will be to secure favorable framework conditions and to pave the way for patients’ access to our medicines and other products – both those we currently have on the market and new, innovative ones we have in our pipeline. The position reports to The Head of Market Access & Public Affairs Manager and you shall be part of the MAPA team.
    Your key tasks include:

    Define and implement NNMA Public Affairs strategy in line with NN Way of Public Affairs and in support of NNMA business priorities incl. iCARE strategy. Develop NNMA Government affairs strategy as instrumental part of the Public Affairs strategy. Define and drive initiatives that are in line with NNMA Public Affairs strategy, including policy shaping activities.
    Responsible for government affairs and key stakeholder engagement by building strong stakeholder relations with decision makers and influencers, incl. KOL’s, health authorities, institutions, policy makers and media
    Prepare and drive development of impactful communication initiatives to effectively convey key messages in line with the Public Affairs strategy, in close collaboration with the communication manager
    Ensure that national and regional decision makers prioritize obesity and diabetes and invest the resources to develop and improve access and patient care. Put focus on access to medicines and enter into dialogue with the regions. 
    Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to improve outcomes in diabetes/obesity care and biopharma; improve the voice of the patients and build and leverage strong political network.

    Qualifications
    To be effective in this role, you will need to have relevant University degree (e.g. in public health, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, health management, medicine, physiology, etc.).
    Also, you will need to have: 

    5+ years of experience in the pharma industry
    Experience with Public Affairs, Access and/or Communications is preferred
    Project management experience
    Stakeholder management experience
    Business, industry, and political understanding
    Personal leadership skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Samples: Distribute promotional samples and provide comprehensive product information to enhance brand awareness.
    Customer Interaction: Conduct visits to new mothers at home to provide promotional samples and educate them about our brands, highlighting product benefits and hygiene practices.
    Hospital Engagement: Enlist hospitals in the program and train maternity departments on best practices, reinforcing our brand’s commitment to quality and care.
    Hygiene: Provide mothers with tips on newborn hygiene and how our infant products support their baby’s well-being.
    Customer Support: Address and manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.
    Recording: Ensure daily mother visit forms are complete and accurately recorded to track brand engagement.
    Visit Reports: Prepare and review visit reports, providing feedback to the team for continuous brand improvement.
    Tracking: Maintain records of hospital visits and mothers enlisted in the program, supporting brand outreach efforts.
    Policy Compliance: Protect all business trade secrets and intellectual property, adhering to company policies, rules, and laws in all branding activities.
    Team Collaboration: Assist the team in resolving customer complaints and contribute to overall team efforts in supporting the brand.
    Perform other duties as assigned. 

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Public Health or a related field.
    Proven experience in brand promotion, customer service, or a similar role.
    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Proficiency in preparing reports and documentation.
    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

    Working Conditions: Working full-time during our operational hours.
