    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Operational Duties

    Logs on the Logis system to register for attendance as per set standard operating procedures.
    Checks tasks for delivery and collections that needs to be done on daily basis as per set standard operating procedures.
    Pre-set and arrange reports received from the transport controller and printer set up in their department according to routes to avoid time wasting and maximise efficient service delivery.

    Courier Delivery Services

    Conducts delivery/ collection of specimens from/to outlaying laboratories, doctors and clients allocated areas as per set standard operating procedures and makes a maximum of three stops to each client in a day.
    Delivers envelopes, samples and money to the relevant departments and laboratories to ensure satisfactory customer service.
    Completes and signs proof of delivery for every specimen or reports collected or delivered to the relevant hospital, depot and doctor.
    Collects sharp containers as and when required to.
    Collects urgent specimens from the doctors on request as per set standard operating procedures.

    Customer Services

    Is responsible for obtaining new customers/clients along a delivery route.
    Assist to manage customer complaints or escalates the same to management for resolution
    Submits written reports to the transport controller daily and any other information vital to the organisation and relates to business.

    Qualifications.

    A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation management, business administration, or a related field.
    Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation, preferably within a school or education-related context.
    Exceptional leadership and communication skills, coupled with a passion for fostering teamwork and collaboration.
    Proficiency in utilizing fleet management software and cutting-edge technology to drive operational excellence.

    What you’ll do.
    Data analysis.

    Create tools for analysis: You will scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently utilize data for decision making.
    With the help of Uber’s rich dataset, you will need to monitor market performance, understand our customer challenges, and always look for ways to improve the operations and find risks that may have a meaningful impact on the business.

    Basic Qualifications.

    Bachelor’s Degree in a commercial/ technical field.
    Experiences in Startup, Consulting, Operations, Logistics, or other relevant fields.
    Entrepreneurial mindset and pro-activity, ability to own end-to-end projects from strategic thinking to getting things done.
    Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving working environment.
    (Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a constantly evolving environment with tight deadlines)
    Robust analytical & critical thinking skills, experience with data-driven decision-making.
    Passion for problem solving. You are curious to understand the why behind pain points and work to ensure the issue is solved. Proven experience in proactively identifying urgent issues and quickly acting on them.
