    Key responsibilities

    With technical support from the backend engineer, manage our projects dashboard and ensure information remains up to date at all times
    Work closely with the digital communications associate to identify ways to acquire and onboard new individual donors
    Identify and recommend new corporate partners that are inspired by social change and/or connect with our mission
    Review and recommend giving campaigns and calls to action that our brand can leverage
    Articulate our mission and vision to a diverse company and community audience through individual and group presentations

    Qualifications

    A Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or project management (completed or to be completed)
    Tech savvy and passionate about startups at the intersect of technology and social change
    1year experience in project management
    Experience with pitching ideas and making solid presentations
    Experience working in a fundraising environment preferred
    Experience providing event and/or conducting basic research preferred
    A great attitude and personality able to accommodate diverse viewpoints

    Key responsibilities

    Work closely with the team lead to develop and execute a clear plan on how the business will tell its story, position its brand in each appropriate digital channel including the tone and voice
    Deploy user acquisition techniques to drive downloads and visits to our platform
    Work with the team in managing and executing ad campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and more
    Assist team in producing high-quality media content that delivers the greatest value for our platform
    Run digital marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (acquisition, activation, retention, loyalty)

    Qualifications

    The Position: The Intern will work in collaboration with public and private sector, input dealers, vegetable, root and tubers traders, CIP’s scientists to assist designing and implementing a primary survey in project target regions of Kenya to understand how and to what extent the existing digital platforms developed by several private companies or supported by donors have contributed and are still contributing to maintaining agri-food chains functional and securing the livelihoods of associated value chain actors in Kenya during COVID 19 pandemic. He/She will report directly to the Agricultural Economist, CIP-Kampala, Uganda.
     Key responsibilities:

    Assist/contribute research design and protocol for developing research tools and econometric framework.
    Assist project research team to conduct a stakeholder workshop.
    Assist project research team for developing research tools, conducting field surveys and collecting data.
    Assist project research team for cleaning data and conducting analysis.
    Develop a research protocol for MSc thesis and present to the research committee at the university.
