    QUALIFICATIONS

    Hold a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related degree
    Technical training coupled with experience.
    Certifications offered by certain hardware and software vendors, such as Microsoft, are generally beneficial.
    Knowledge of computer networking systems and computer hardware.
    Be able to troubleshoot network systems and computer hardware and make repairs when necessary.
    ITIL / CCNA or any CISCO affiliated Certifications is an added advantage

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsibilities

    Qualifications

    Experience in building platforms (from a design/UX perspective) and interest in helping Arifu think through

    Minimum 1 year of work experience in a relevant field is an added advantage.
    Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital
    environments.
    Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus; prefer React Native experience.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    As part of the internship program the intern will:

    Assist with help desk calls, scheduling, and tickets management
