    General Worker

    JOB PURPOSE
     
    To physically receive, unload and load trucks with client materials/products accordingly and maintain an inventory control. Ensure the warehouse is stocked with essential equipment and support in coordinating the movement and storage of goods in a warehouse.

    MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Goods Handling

    Ensure that incoming goods are unloaded and stored correctly and safely in the warehouse.
    Locate items needed and prepare them for loading
    Weigh and count items for distribution within the warehouse to ensure conformance to company and warehouse standards
    Manually Loading/offloading at the Handling shed/ customer premises.

    Monitoring

    Monitor incoming and outgoing goods for obvious faults or defects and report to the supervisor.
    Ensure the warehouse machinery is serviced and functional

    Recording

    Check orders using inventory control system against original purchase documents
    Ensure content of goods delivered are double-checked for accuracy
    Conduct warehouse stock audits 
     Assist in counting of physical inventory

    Support in labelling and packaging 

    Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method

    Support in Safety procedures

    Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for designated staff
    Ensure all persons accessing the warehouse follow all safety codes.
    Ensure compliance of safety procedures in running warehouse operations

    Cleaning

    Clean the warehouse and the company vehicles.

     REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

    O’ Level
    Accuracy and keen to detail.
    Ability to stand for long hours, lift items and work at height.
    Experience and knowledge in warehouse and distribution operations in a clearing and forwarding company.
    Good analytical, numerical skills and computer skills.
    Possession of a Forklift Truck Certification and License will be an added advantage.

    Tracking the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
    Fixing any error in online content and arrange webinars and webcasts.

    Required Qualifications/Experience

    Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.
    Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
    Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
    Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
    Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
    Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.).
    Skills and experience in creative content writing.

    Our Client, in the Telecom Sector seeks to hire an IT Technical Support Engineer. The IT Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration and organizing and filing documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.
    Roles and Responsibilities

    Researching and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
    Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
    Tracking computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
    Referring to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
    Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time.
    Following up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
    Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
    Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
    Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.
    Installing and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
    Responding to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
    Completing detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved.
    Assisting management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage.

    Required Qualifications/Experience

    Bachelors’ degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or another related discipline.
    3-5 years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a company’s products and services.
    Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required.
    Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as Zendesk in addition to other remote access desktop programs
    Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
    Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
    Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
    Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
    Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large organization
    Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services

    Responsibilities

    Direct vehicles into the car wash with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude
    Resolve customer complaints immediately they arise and where necessary report to the Marketing Personnel for assistance
    Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before washing
    Market the carwash services outside the outlet and attain set monthly targets
    Ensure proper utilization of detergents and handle of Carwash equipment with utmost care
    Periodic maintenance of equipment used in washing to keep them in proper working condition
    Use of proper car wash techniques including hard to reach areas of vehicles and ensure maximum client satisfaction
    Ensure client’s cars and valuables are treated with utmost care and integrity
    Arrange premises setting and maintain cleanliness in the carwash area
    Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to when carrying out assigned tasks, reporting and closing timelines, code of conduct and grooming

    Qualifications
