Senior Manager Job Responsibilities
Logistics
Lead in building the technical and organizational capacity of Concern and partners in developing and implementing logistics, procurement and transport policies, procedures and systems.
Lead Concern’s procurement, transport and stores functions to ensure that they effectively and efficiently support Concern’s operations
Develop new and review existing policies and procedures that are in place to ensure that they meet the needs of the programmes and dissemination to all staff
Logistics budget preparation, analysis and administration and monitoring of expenditures
Ensure proper management of all Concern’s assets through an efficient and effective inventory, storage and disposal system.

Qualifications for the Motorbike Driver Job
Must be between 18 years to 30 years of age and have a valid motorbike driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Safety is our priority. You must have a valid medical insurance with your preferred insurance.
You should possess navigational skills to read Google maps, Location Mapping & Dropping of PIN Locations using Mobile device.
You should be able locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
The delivery motorbike rider is often the only point of contact our customers have with the store. Therefore, they must have great customer service skills.
You should reside in Nairobi, for ease in reporting to work as early as 7AM.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally or in writing with customers and team members to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
