    Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team. The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant’s dining area, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service quality standards, and managing a team of wait staff

    Responsibilities

    Lead, train, and mentor a team of wait staff to ensure they deliver consistent and exceptional customer service.
    Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
    Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and gather feedback
    Welcome and seat guests courteously and professionally, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met throughout their dining experience.
    Monitor the dining room to ensure guests are comfortable, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
    Handle guest complaints or inquiries with tact and resolve them to their satisfaction.
    Maintain and uphold the restaurant’s high service standards, ensuring that all staff follow proper protocols and adhere to fine dining etiquette.

    Ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and accurately, adhering to established presentation guidelines
    Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
    Monitor inventory levels of beverages, tableware, and other dining essentials, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
    Ensure all staff follow proper hygiene and sanitation standards, both in personal appearance and workspaces.
    Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
    Maintain knowledge of health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.
    Provide ongoing training to staff on service techniques, menu items, wine pairings, and any changes to restaurant policies.
    Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among the team.
    Prepare shift reports, attendance records, and other administrative documentation as required.
    Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

    Education

    Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
    Certification in food safety and hygiene (preferred).

    Experience

    Proven experience of 3 years in a supervisory role within a fine dining restaurant environment.
    Experience in fine dining 5* restaurant. Knowledge,

    Skills, and abilities

    In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food, and beverage service.
    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations with composure.

    Assignment Duration: 12 months. Renewal subject to performance and project status.

    Payroll period: Monthly. Amount give take home.
