    Description
    The Senior Manager – Banking and Financial Services will have responsibilities that will include:

    Contribute to the achievement of MSC’s objectives by delivering exemplary client work and supporting development of the Banking and Financial Services vertical
    Provide service to clients by responding to the needs of specific projects and situations
    Lead tasks or work streams within an assignment, focused typically on technical support to clients across various departments

    Detailed responsibilities:
    Business development

    Relationship management with key stakeholders including funding partners, clients, policymakers, and government agencies
    Author or co-author thematic publications to be developed from field experiences (focus notes, briefing notes, or blogs)

    Lead and support technical design and delivery of projects

    Develop, lead, and deliver technical projects on banking, financial services, and insurance projects for social, financial, and economic inclusion to include:

    Product and solution development, pilot testing and review, rollout and operational integration
