    Supervise outsourced security guards and carries out inspections to ensure that the guards are on duty are discharging their functions appropriately.
    Ensure all students and staff security cases are effectively investigated and concluded in a timely manner.
    Ensure effective intelligence and security information gathering management
    Detect and make reports of any incidence of criminal or security nature on a timely basis
    Compile monthly security surveys and crime analysis for the chief Security Officer.
    Give advice to the Chief Security Officer and Campus director on matters concerning security in his/her areas of operation

    Requirements

    Must have good communication skills: Speaks and writes clearly and effectively in English and Kiswahili
    Must be computer literate.
    Must possess a clean discharge certificate from previous employer
    Must possess a clean police clearance certificate
    Must possess a current first aid certificate
    Must possess a current fire-fighting certificate
    Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies or a relevant field.
    Must have at least Two (2) years of work experience as a security Supervisor or a comparable position within institutions of higher learning or any reputable security firm
    Work experience of active service in any of the disciplined forces of Kenya is desirable
    Must have a demonstrated training and experience in CCTV and Control Room Operations
    Must be conversant with radio communication
    Membership with a recognized professional body in the field of security is desirable

    Must have a diploma in security studies or a relevant field
    Must have at least Five (5) years of work experience as a security Supervisor or a comparable position within institutions of higher learning or any reputable security firm

    Duties
    The Individual Contractor takes a lead role in ensuring adherence to organizational standards and programme quality through the planning, implementation, coordination and reporting of evaluations required by the UN General Assembly and the UNEA.

    Under the guidance and overall supervision of the Senior Evaluation Officer, the Individual contractor will perform the duties listed below. He/She will function as part of the core team of the Evaluation Office.
    Provide overall management of field- and desk-based evaluations for selected projects.
    Liaise with Task/Portfolio Managers to draft Terms of Reference and plan the work of consultant contractors hired to perform project evaluations.
    Identify evaluation consultant contractors, review their credentials and make recommendations for the selection of qualified consultants to form appropriately qualified evaluation teams.
    Oversee the work of consultant contractors; review and assess the quality of consultant’s deliverables in draft form and prepare comments to ensure that final evaluation reports reach the highest standards possible.
    Engage all relevant parties, including UNEP staff and colleagues in partnering organizations, in participatory evaluation processes.
    Ensure lessons learned and recommendations are reflected effectively in the final evaluation reports; lead a process of planning for actions to be taken in response to the evaluation recommendations and assess compliance with Recommendation Implementation Plans at regular intervals.
    Validate and quality assess Management Led Terminal Reviews
    Assist the Evaluation Office in developing communication products and disseminating them through online platforms and/or in presentations.
    Contribute to the development and circulation of evidence-based knowledge.
    Perform other related duties as may be required.

    Qualifications/special skills

    A Master’s degree in Environmental Science/Studies, Business Administration, Planning, Management, Social Sciences, or Political Science, Auditing or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field is required. A first-level university degree in combination with two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the Master’s degree
    A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, including evaluation work experience with the UN or other international agencies is required.

    Languages
    English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of French is desirable.

     Sales Management

    Internal collaborations

    Come up with a strategic plan for supporting all teams involved in collections with a focus on Fee For Service collections in collaboration with the Credit management team.
    Train team members on conducting due diligence by assessing the customers’ assets, and creditworthiness by way of customer vetting.
    Using trends derived from the analysis, work with collaborators in making informed business decisions
    Preparation and presentation of reports to the General Manager on a weekly basis.
    Liaising with the Credit management team and other relevant departments to ensure we have a sound system for managing data and ensuring all customers are correctly captured and served.

    Team Management

    Promote organization goals and values among the Sales team.

    Generate labels for tests allocated by phlebotomy supervisor according to priority.
    Label sample bottles with printed labels-verify with online request.

    Instruct and provide information to patient about procedures, ask questions on fasting etc.

    Ensure the phlebotomy area is clean and request for supplies and equipment needs on a timely basis.
    Ensure segregation and proper disposal of all waste in the phlebotomy area with reference to the hospital policy on waste management.

    Qualification and requirements:

    Certificate/Diploma in Phlebotomy.
    Ability to perform variety of routine blood drawing procedure.
    Ability to obtain quality and sufficient samples.
    Proficient in all phlebotomy techniques (Anatomy and physiology of the blood circulation system).
    At least 2-5 years working experience as a phlebotomist/phlebotomy field
