    As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will work closely with the Sales Supervisor and other team members to drive sales and meet customer needs.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Achieve and exceed set sales targets as directed by the Sales Supervisor.
    Follow journey plans set by the Sales Supervisor to maximize sales opportunities.
    Report on sales, leads, and customer issues promptly and accurately.
    Participate in BTL/Marketing activities as directed by the Sales Supervisor.
    Collect and submit competitive intelligence and market trends to support sales strategies.
    Drive sales growth for assigned dealerships and maintain monthly targets.
    Attend gate meetings and collaborate with Sales Agents and Dealership teams.
    Work with the Sales Supervisor to enhance customer relationships.
    Collaborate with Bike association stage and on-ground leaderships as needed.
    Conduct sales follow-ups and convert leads into successful outcomes.
    Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly output reports to the Sales Supervisor.

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS

    Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
    Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
    Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
    Dynamic and able to work effectively as part of a team.

    Duties

    Update personnel related information in MSRP/HR module where this activity has been rolled out from PAS to the respective office.

    Assist newly-arrived international staff with administrative formalities related to their accreditations, security/ground passes, submission of completed forms and related documents to headquarters, arrange travel and hotel reservations
    Assist with shipment of their personal effects in coordination with the logistics section.
    Administer UNHCR medical insurance plan for locally recruited staff. Provide administrative support to staff and dependants in case of medical evacuations, as well as security evacuations/relocations. Maintain daily tracking record of staff and families to provide accurate information in case of emergency.
    Maintain personnel records in the office, including maintenance of the attendance, overtime and leave records.
    Initiate calculations for payments related to personnel issues such as settlement of travel claims, overtime claims, hazard pay, MIP reimbursements, medical and security evacuations, shipment costs.
    Initiate routine correspondence on HR matters for the authorizing officer’s approval.
    Support the identification and management of risks and seek to seize opportunities impacting objectives in the area of responsibility. Ensure decision making in risk based in the functional area of work. Raise risks, issues and concerns to a supervisor or to relevant functional colleague(s).
    Perform other related duties as required.

    Dispatch Clerk Job Responsibilities
    Pack the orders efficiently and quickly in dispatch to ensure cars can leave on time.
    Ensure the orders are packed according to the car dispatch schedule.
    Make sure you have all the stocks of all items in dispatch liaising with the production team to get what you need the day BEFORE you need it to pack.
    Assist where necessary in the weekly stock take of the inventory in dispatch.
    Manage rotation of stock and manage FIFO (first in first out) of dispatch to ensure you sell the older stock first.
    Make sure dispatch walls and floor are cleaned and sanitized weekly.
    Adhere to all HACCP and ISO requirements for dispatch.
    Keep the area around dispatch clean and free from paper on the floor dropped in the packing process.
    Make sure all tables are cleared after packing.
    Ensure you have dry ice at all times and liaise with the office manager if running low.
    Be responsible for ensuring that the quality of the goods is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer. You are the final check of items so ensure there are no loose vacuums, incorrect labels and dirt on the cheese.
    Dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to ensure effective, safe, accurate dispatch and ensure accurate and timely completion of vehicles being loaded.
