    General Stores Clerk

    Twiga Foods Limited is looking for a general stores clerk to work in its pack house complex. The candidate will work under the finance department and report to the financial controller.
    We seek to recruit a candidate who will support in the procurement, receipt, storage and issuance of consumables within the pack house as well as our field operations areas.
    Job Responsibilities
    To be the custodian of the pack house stores undertaking the following duties:

    Receipt of goods and process Goods Received Notes (GRN) into the ERP system. Oversee the issuance of consumables and process the Service Issue Vouchers (SIV) in the ERP system.
    Coordinate the dispatch of goods from the pack house stores to field operatives stationed in different parts of the country.
    Carrying out monthly cycle counts of items in stores.
    Reconciliation of physical stocks to book stocks.
    Ensuring that the store is kept organized and tidy always.
    Act as a link between the wider finance department, pack house and field operations by dispatching documents received to the company’s main office in Riverside.
    Generation of LPOs for stores consumable materials.
    Will be trained to manage the company’s lipa na mpesa to bank transfer service.

    Qualifications

    A bachelor’s degree in supplies management or a related field.

    The position is responsible for achieving key sales objectives through the managing of multiple distributors and outlets as well as aggressively growing new accounts for growth and development of beverage products.
    Job Responsibilities

    Establish and develop new business and sell in new brands and packages including activities to support sales as promotions
    Achieve sales targets & objectives and make sales performance review according to the Business Plan
    Ensure brand knowledge; demonstrate and present brands to customers and consumers
    Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closure and collect due payments
    Check quantities of goods on display and in stock, during customer visit- on store merchandising
    Maintain accurate market intelligence data, customer detail database, sales visits and logs
    Forecast, list and communicate new opportunities updates, business trend updates and potential listings to the Territory Sales Manager.
    Ensure daily, monthly and quarterly reports are done and presented to the territory sales manager
    Attend without fail scheduled office meetings, training and periodic activations
    Provide accurate and justifiable sales forecast report at the start of every month to the Territory Manager

    Requirements

    What You’ll Make Happen:

    Technology system support

    Document and communicate procedures for utilizing grid payment platforms, dashboards, and technology systems across the company
    Manage company IT hardware, including computer set up protocols, office connectivity access, and computer security procedures and measures

    Communications and Networking

    Implement communication technology to improve information exchange between meters, on-site servers, the cloud and our customers.
    Manage corporate accounts with MNOs to ensure efficient and constant up-time of communication between sites and the cloud

    Database design and management

    Support the development and management of our backend database for customers, sites, energy usage, payments, and hardware performance in a functional and robust architecture.
    Facilitate integration of APIs and data interfaces to other services that rely on the platform
    Support the document data warehouse operations and tasks, including archival, security, backup and aggregate table creation

    Software design and implementation

    Support the rapid design and delivery of our micro-grid management and analytics platform
    Work across internal teams, including operations, strategy, and finance to identify key components and functionality needs of the platform
    Support the architecture design and long term product road map for the platform and ancillary software or database components we’d want to build in conjunction with the platform
    Distribute and collect feedback on the platform’s design and functionality
