    Targets
    The Marketing Consultant is required to bring in a minimum of 8 chemists per month.
    Remuneration and Benefits
    The period of engagement will be a three month probationary period but Maisha Meds reserves the right to terminate employment sooner in the event of underperforming sales targets.
    The salary package for this role is entirely commission based with the exception of travel costs.
    For every chemist acquired within the monthly target of 8, the marketing consultant will be entitled to 3,000 KES.
    For every addition chemist above the monthly target .i.e. above 8, the consultant will be entitled to a bonus of 1,000 KES adding up to a total of 4,000 KES per additional chemist.
    If the Marketing Consultant brings zero clients at the end of the month, the contract will be terminated.
    The Sales and marketing agent will be entitled to a total sum of 10,000 KES that will cover for travel and lunch expenses. This amount shall be paid at agreed upon intervals and amounts within a month
