Workplace Change Manager

What You’ll Do
The Workplace Resources Organization (WPR) is seeking a workplace change manager to join our Global Workplace Experience (GWE) Team, with a focus on EMEA and APJC regions. Over the past two years our Workplace Strategy has shifted to focus on Workplace Transformation and an experienced workplace change manager is required to help deliver our change strategy for both workplace – and capital projects and manage the complexity of the change with our stakeholders.

Workplace Change Planning: Create and or review detailed project plans outlining the steps, resources, and timelines required to implement changes effectively. This includes identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure success of the projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, employees, managers, and executives, to communicate the need for change, address concerns, and obtain buy-in for proposed changes.
Workplace Change Implementation: work with project delivery teams to implement workplace change initiatives, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and within the defined timelines. This involves coordinating with different departments and teams to ensure smooth execution.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to help employees understand and adapt to the workplace changes. Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals and teams affected by the changes.
Workplace Change Assessment: Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the implemented changes, gathering feedback from stakeholders and analyse data to assess the impact on the organization. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for further enhancements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of workplace change management processes, including change requests, progress reports, and lessons learned. Input into regular reports for senior management to help track the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in workplace organizational change. Continuously find opportunities to improve change management processes and recommend innovative strategies to drive successful change initiatives.

Who You Are

You will have experience managing change for projects, ideally managing workplace change specifically, and hands on knowledge of the tools and techniques.
Bachelors Degree in related field or a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in change management, with workplace experience a bonus.
