Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Career Portal Developer to join our team on a short-term consultancy basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a user-friendly and attractive career portal that will enhance our recruitment process and provide an exceptional experience for our candidates.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our HR and IT teams to understand the requirements and objectives of the career portal.
Design and develop a responsive and visually appealing career portal.
Ensure seamless integration with our existing HR systems and databases.
Optimize the portal for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Provide documentation and training for the HR team to manage the portal.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and post-launch phases.
Requirements:
Proven experience in web development, specifically in creating career portals or similar platforms.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web development frameworks.
Experience with database management and integration.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio showcasing previous projects related to career portals or similar platforms.
