Warehouse Operations Supervisor CFS Documentation Supervisor Strategy & Innovation Analyst Commercial Executives – Mombasa Commercial Executives

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the job holder will be responsible for planning, coordinating and general administration of the warehouses, including the day-to-day supervision of staff

Responsibilities:

Maintaining general warehouse records through proper filing and capturing all details correctly on SAP system in real time.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
Ensure all goods received at the warehouse are in good condition and delivered in the same state.
Maintaining proper storage conditions of client’s inventory in the warehouses and stores physical arrangement to ensure that it is adequate to facilitate easy picking and stock taking.
Maintaining and continuously improving standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements from the government bodies.
Steering the implementation and continual compliance to the ISO 22000 and GMP in all food handling areas and ISO 9001:2015 in all warehouse operation areas.
Coordinate with finance and customer service on all payments prior to releasing goods from the warehouse.
Preparation of weekly inventory for all goods received and dispatched from the warehouse.
Maintain the facility in good order and condition in conjunction with procurement, Finance, QHSE and Security departments.
Ensure all customers handled have valid signed quotes and supporting documents of the goods stored at the warehouse at all times.
Responsible for overall administration activities in the warehouses and providing weekly status reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Maintain good working relationships with clients at all times and government bodies.
Ensure proper utilization of company equipment and drive associated costs to the lowest standards possible without compromising quality of standards.

Education, Professional Qualifications & Work experience

Bachelor’s Degree in in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain or equivalent.
Solid understanding of applicable Warehouse legislative requirements and documentation.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
