Waiter/Waitress Bartenders Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering recommendations.
Suggest and professionally upsell food & beverage products.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to quality and presentation standards.
Ensure tables are clean and set for the next guests promptly.
Attend and accommodate guests’ reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded to promptly and on time.
To be knowledgeable about the menu and information about the food and beverage offerings as well as preparation methods.
Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Process payments accurately, including handling cash and using POS systems.

Requirements

Certificate/Diploma in Food and Beverage service from a recognized institution or its equivalent
Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role
An operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale System an asset
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong guest service orientation
Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while providing guest service
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanour.
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
