Responsibilities
Greet and welcome members and guests.
Present menu and provide detailed information about our menu, food portions, ingredients.
Prepare tables by setting up linen, glasses and silverware.
Inform customers of day’s specials.
Good upselling skills.
Povide excellent customer service
Ensure continuous clearance after service
Good grooming
Adherance to health and safety standards at all times.
Education and/or Experience
Diploma in Hospitality management or it’s equivalent from a recognised institution.
Three (3) years minimum experience in a busy restaurant/Hotel.
Prior experience working in a Members club an added advantage.
Ability to read, write and execute basic maths skills.
