Video Specifications
4K (often this footage will be cropped vertically, so if shooting horizontally, please shoot in 4K for as much post-production flexibility as possible.)
23.976/24 fps (projects will be edited in 23.976 or 24fps project files)
60fps slow motion or S&Q – MAXIMUM (assets should not be longer than 1 minute, and more than 60fps is too slow for final edits.)
4:2:2 10bit color depth if possible (if shooting 4:2:0 or 8bit, please try to “expose to the right” as much as possible without clipping highlights.)
LOG or RAW footage in native camera profiles (ex: Slog3.cine; Clog2, R3D, etc.) We will handle color correction in post-production. NOTE: Please Do Not “bake in” Rec709 conversion LUTs.
