Vendor Support Vendor Acquisition & Management Customer Support

Job Overview:
Responsible for daily operations related to independent vendors listed on our platform. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills since the majority of communications are written (email) and verbal (telephone). This Vendor liaison will have strong project management skills in order to manage company relations with vendors and ensure vendors receive the support they need.
Responsibilities and Duties

Prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-potential retailers with competitive selection, price, and availability
Find, connect, and acquire high-valued sellers in each niche by identifying and owning certain niches.
Train sellers on how to utilize hylo’s platform to handle their items and orders.
Follows up with merchants to ensure that the initial assortment is posted online as soon as possible.
Acts as the main touchpoint for sellers during the initial product onboarding phase.

Qualifications:

1-2 years experience in a similar or related field
Excellent communication and persuasion skills; confident and approachable
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong business acumen: understanding of e-commerce and retail business
