Van Selling – Retail availability; placing the products at the nearest customer touch point
Visibility of the Pwani products – On-spot demand creation of the Pwani products
Promotions – Execute Marketing driven promotions
Market Coverage – Spend time with the retailer and sell-in the range and introduce the new brands

Market Intelligence
Pricing Adherence – Ensure the Pwani products are competitively priced on shelf as per the RRP advised
Quality Issues Identification – Collect quality issues happening at the consumer touch-points for quick address
