Graduate in Land Economics/ Real Estate. Masters will be an added advantage. Registered with the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
Registered and Licenced Valuer.
Wide experience on valuation work in the residential & commercial sectors including banks & corporates.
Display of strong leadership & commitment
Good written & spoken English is compulsory
Knowledge: Feasibility Studies, Market Research, Real Estate Advisory and Property Management
Sales experience in property sales is essential
Remuneration pegged to target performance and business volumes
Driving Licence an added advantage
