Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Assistant Team Lead position at Britam Kitengela office. The Assistant Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily team activities, providing guidance and support to team members, collaborating with the Team Lead to achieve team goals, and assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to improve team performance.

Qualifications

Experience in sales people recruitement, training, coaching and mentorship.
Proven track record of successful career as an insurance sales person.
Must have a Certificate of Proficiency in insurance from College of Insurance.
Minimum of diploma certificate.
In possession of Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
Experience in financial services, insurance, or related industries
Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
Organizational and Time Management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is added advantage.
